Tru hearing in Lacey, Wa gets 5 stars because of the great staff. On the phone or in person, the front desk have never been rushed and are always friendly. Stephanie the hearing specialist puts you at ease and talks to you about everything you need to know about the hearing app and taking care of your hearing aids. There is a follow up appointment to make sure you are comfortable with your hearing aids. I also appreciated Stephanie’s daughters art work in the test room. 😁

It would be my last choice honestly. They are not ‘audiologists’ it is a hearing aid sales office with basic hearing testing and minimal choices. But if this is all you can get, best inform yourself so you can ask the right questions to get the best adjustments and avoid paying unnecessary fees for ‘extra warranty’ and services that you don’t need. If you have the financial ability go somewhere else. Southsound Audiology is fantastic!

This place is great. They are very kind and very flexible. I work in Human Resources which is a very busy job. I have had to cancel and/or miss more appointments than i care to admit because of the work i do. However they are always super understanding and flexible--something that is really really appreciated. They are also extremely accommodating to people with disabilities. They practically bent over backwards to make sure my needs as an autistic individual were met. And they set up to easily be wheelchair and service animal accessible. They also are very detailed in all the tests they do. I was and am still Highly impressed. They are also great with insurance to. They only thing i wish they had is a more robust online system to schedule and manage appointments online. But considering how great they are otherwise, don't let this minor thing stop you from going in.
