She does not deserve any star rating, but had to put something so this would post. Unable to obtain my test results since March of 2018. She is no longer at the website address and unable to find her new location.

Don't go to this woman! She's impossible to get results from. My doctor has tried multiple times and so have I. A big waste of time and money. The phone number listed has been disconnected for quite a while.

This doctor was recommend for my brother 5 years ago and we are still waiting for results!!! Even the docotor that recommended her cannot get the results for my brother. Dr. Perish you are very unprofessional!!! You need to get your act together! I can't believe you still have a practice!!!

Disgusted. Still waiting for results, five months later. Only got to speak to her by videoconferencing for a few minutes. All phone numbers disconnected except Kissimmee FL, where I got to leave a voicemail. Still no callback!

Had a memory assessment done over two months ago and still waiting on results. Called the office, but the only option is to leave voicemail. Did that twice last month. No call back.

I would never recommend her to anyone. Been waiting 5 weeks, no results. They had our file all messed up. Had my last name as the Dr name, I am very disappointed with the service. People need to be treated better than this. :(

Would never recommend her to a friend or family member. I have been waiting 6 months for results. Her office had time to file with my insurance and send a bill, however she has not provided my physician with a report regarding her findings.

Have been waiting over a month for my mother’s results and the doctor has called serval times for the results no answer. She wasn’t in the office during the tests and was on the computer through Skype and only asked three or four questions... horrible experience with this person and office! Get someone else!

You can get an appointment right away because this is the absolute worst run office I have ever encountered. They do not answer the phone, cause major delays in treatment and are wholly incompetent. Just wait to get in with another MD. It will take that long to get your results from these guys anyway.
