I am elderly or just old. Dr. Wilkes performed surgery for drooping eyelids. By the first afternoon, my sutures were slipping out. I called and was told to come to the office in 2 or 3 days. I did. He stated that he couldn't do anything at that point but not to worry, he would fix it. Several months went by with frequent visits. Finally, he continued to tell me that if I was not happy to come back. When I tried to book another appt he put a note in my file that he did not want to see me anymore. Admin rejected my request for appt. Don't trust Dr. Wilkes or McFarland. I have PERMANENT scars over my eye lids.

I had a very extensive procedure done with Dr. Wilkes. In the beginning, I was happy with him. After the procedure, I had complications and was unable to get in touch with him. When I seen him in his office, we discussed all my concerns and I thought things would be better so I gave him another chance. It took 1 month to get another surgery scheduled with him and was cancelled in pre-op. No phone call the next day for an apology or to attempt a reschedule just it was my fault! Never again!
