His nurse Amanda is so rude! She is so impatient, arrogant & acts like she doesn't want to have to lift a finger to do anything. Acts like a know it all & condescending if you have questions or need something. He's great. She reflects poorly on his office though.
I find it difficult to believe the above reviews of Dr Sherbet. I could not have asked for a more caring doctor. I am thankful that my primary care doctor selected him to follow up on my problems. Helen Frost - Kensett AR 5/27/2020
The nurses, receptionists, and techs are A1!! Absolutely amazing!! They couldn't have been more kind or helpful. Dr Sherbet however kind he may be didnt seem to take anything seriously. I was dismissed and told I was too young to have heart issues but that he would order and run tests so my primary could continue to better treat my high blood pressure. Heart disease runs in my family, and with on going chest pains and high blood pressure being taken seriously and not dismissed would be nice. He didnt even tell me if my ekg was good, bad, or ugly. I left there with more questions than I went with.
He seems pleasant enough, however, he runs tests and does not go over the results with you. Then when you call the office they tell you that he did not find anything, and when you come back the next year and see someone, they say oh yes there was something, just not enough to worry about at that time. However, now it looks to be worsening so we are going to take a better look at it now. Not to mention that you have to pay for each one of these appointments for him to just blow you off. I was 40 when I started seeing him, because Heart Disease runs very strong in my family and I have the palpitations and extreme muscle fatigue as well as over all fatigue, I have light headedness for no obvious reason. My grandfather was in his 40's (heart attack) , my aunt was in her 30's to 40's (5 brain aneurysms), aunt 45 (1st stroke) 50 now and has had several, and my dad (49 heart attack - triple bypass), my mother has heart palpitations, and her dad passed away in his 60's from heart attack. I am going to look for a different doctor. And the first thing I am going to do is read their reviews! If I would have done that with this doctor I never would have spent the money I have to see him.
As of this writing, I am 74. My brief experience with Dr. Sherbet was shockingly disturbing and the worse medical experience I have ever had with a doctor. He was rude, condescending, abrasive and argumentive, completely misinterpreting every word and action of mine. And this within the first three minutes. Shaking, I had to walk out, never to return again.
Daniel Sherbet returned my call as the doctor on call for the AR Heart Hospital, 1/9/21. My phone apparently assumed his number was a robocall and it wouldn’t ring, but the number showed up on my phone. I knew it was him because it was very early in the morning, on Saturday. As soon as I said my name and that I was returning his call he began literally screaming at me. He yelled, “How did you get this number?! This is my pet Dubai number! Don’t you ever call this number again! Delete it from your phone as soon as we hang up!” He was literally yelling. He would not let me explain what happened—which was obviously not my fault. He interrupted as asked me “What is your PROBLEM?” I explained my symptoms, which were related to medication. He yelled, “That is not a side effect of Valsartan. I’m not a kidney specialist. If those are your symptoms just go to the ER.” I then raised my voice, “Why are you being so aggressive?” He then asked why I was yelling. I said because you’re being aggressive!” He denied being aggressive. I told him the insert did list those as symptoms. He yelled again, “No they are not!” I said, “So your recommendation is to go to the ER?” He said, “Yes!” And I hung up on him. This young man , in my opinion, exhibits behaviors of someone with a mental disorder. Stable human beings do not act this way! RUN!!!
He dismissed every symptom and concern, but suggested I not stop any of the 3 blood pressure meds that have horrible symptoms.
A horrid presumptuous doctor with a superiority complex and delusions of grandeur. None of our questions were answered and we were dismissed as though our concerns weren't valid. He actually screamed at me (the mother) for asking questions. Tempers flaring in a doctor's office is not something I'm accustomed to and as far as upholding oaths go.. this doctor could use a refresher course on both that and his bedside manner. I was stunned, my daughter cried. A terrible example for a doctor.
This Doctor should have stepped aside when my Mom entered into the hospital. His RN Sara thinks she’s the doctor. We could never get answers and never could get a dx on my Mom. 46 days later my Mom died. AHH is not a place to take a loved one!!

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
