List of David Coussens's Reviews
I first went to him in 2004 he is one of the best.
Very professional, thoughtful and caring.,. I have complete confidence in him.
He was very knowledgeable about my needs and it was TCO.
I have seen Dr. Coussens for years. I get kidney stones all the time, as well as other issues he attends to. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He is hilarious. But what I really like about him is that he is he is personable and friendly; he never rushes. He is Always smiling. He never leaves a stone unturned. In my opinion he is a great physician. I never had a problem getting an appointment with him. He is AWESOME 🤩😎#HeRocks
His license should be revoked. Coussens saw me for a chronic UTI. He then said it was Interstitial Cystitis, or IC. He said there were no tests to check for this and refused to investigate my illness further. He wanted to stick me on expensive meds and told me the best thing to do would be to treat my symptoms. I decided to go to a different doctor. The new doctor, Dr. Jones, checked to make sure I was voiding my bladder, checked to make sure there were no stones and advised that IC could not be diagnosed WITHOUT tests being done. This can also be verified with approximately 3 seconds of googling. He was rude, abrasive, and disrespectful of my time. I saw him 3 visits where I had to wait anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours once I was in the examination room for him to ask me three to four questions and then be told "Yep the symptoms dont match IC, but that's what we're going with."
I would leave 0 stars if it were an option. He doesn't deserve the 1 star I left him. He would not look me in the eyes when talking to me. He was glued to his computer screen the entire time. He has ABSOLUTELY no bedside manner. He is rude, demeaning and has a "God" complex. Stay away from this doctor. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy!
I am having pain from my left testicle it has a lumb really close to it but I believe it's not actually on it but makes my stomach hurt and it sometimes is unbarible
Dr. Cousssens is a great Dr. but your 8 oclock appointment will actually be about 10:00 after sitting there for 2 hours with your pants around your ankles and thats with him not even in the office,
Excellent experience. Explained everything extremely well. They accommodated my schedule. Can’t go wrong with Dr. Coussens
My husband was diagnosed (at 33) with cancer and I could not find a local surgeon quick enough. By the BEST of luck we were referred to Dr. Coussens by a friend of a relative. God lead us to the most amazing doctor. It’s been almost a year and we still have nothing but positive experiences each and every visit. He spends time with us every single appointment and wants to address each issue we have. He is blunt and to the point and we appreciate that so much. The surgery went very well and post-op was thorough and he has followed my husband’s health since, even though we also see an oncologist. We feel truly blessed to have found him and feel my husband has had the best possible care and is generally in great hands. I would definitely send any friends and family to him. The reception is super friendly and the nurses are also. The wait times are excellent. We have had 7 or 8 appointments and have only once been in the building more than an hour. That includes labs and/or radiology. Overall, we have had nothing but the best possible experience. We see Dr. Coussens in his Little Rock office and drive about an hour to an hour and a half to get there. Worth the drive for sure!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
