Crazy how this is their mission statement but this place is literally the opposite of everything it mentions. Not sure what's so "state of the art" about equipment that can't even pull fluid off my family member. The Day time staff shows no compassion, which is reflected in management. These patients deserve better. Instead of a staff who's apathetic and self consumed in their own issues... I'm surprised corporate has never shown up to see if they are doing things correctly here.
