I find it very hard to get calls or texted returned. Even harder to to get refills! I find it absurd that you have to call your PVP Doc for medication to take so you can get through an MRI that Lecacy Neurology wants you to have! I am also discouraged that the really don't listen to you. I've been dealing with migraines practically my whole life since I was 7 years old. I'm now 56. I've just about done and tried everything. I know what does and doesn't work for me. I don't like when they dismiss what I'm saying because their doctors! They read about it. I read about it and lived it!!

I’ve been seeing Dr Sullivan for about 2 years now. Her diagnostic process was very thorough, She helped me understand what was going on and encouraged me to not lose faith and keep fighting. I was in bad shape when I first saw her, I can honestly say she helped give me my life back. The staff leaves a little to be desired but I’m not there for them. Overall Dr. Sullivan is one of the best Neuro in Little Rock in my opinion.

I've had migraines for 24 years of my life and seen several neurologist. She is by far the most caring and compassionate doctor I've seen. Her staff is wonderful as well. I couldn't be more pleased with my care.

Practical, focused, and serious. We’ve seen her 3 times and she is genuinely concerned about my husband’s debilitating nausea. She carefully listens to him. Really listens. All 3 of our appointments have been around noon and I appreciate the complimentary water and snacks in the outer room that curbs hunger while waiting. I can see how much her personal staff admire her through their interactions with her. She is the 7th doctor we’ve seen for this injury. So glad we kept searching and found her

Dr Sullivan is very knowledge, caring and helpful but her staff is VERY poor about scheduling or calling back. It is almost impossible to get an actual person at ANY time.

Always a long time to call back about anything. I have constantly been giving the run around after I stopped spending $1000s on physical therapy and injections. Not a great experience in getting my pain under control.

She is a caring doctor and did my test, seemed to want to help me. I have had one phone call with results and noting else( 4 weeks). Have been in pain for 7 years and have not heard from her, cannot get a phone call returned...... very disappointed, was hoping she was my saving grace!
