I've been a patient of Dr Diaz at the North Little Rock office for the past 2 ½ years. The level of care has been outstanding. His explanations are so easy to understand, since he uses language that is for the layman.

Dr. Diaz listens to you intently. He checks for organic issues and if all is ok organically he gets you started on the correct medication for the issue. He and his staff are personable, courteous, and friendly yet professional. I’m very pleased to have found ARK Urology who must be very supportive of doctors and staff to have developed this next-level atmosphere. I highly recommend them. 5 STAR!

Very good doctor and has been my doctor going on about 8 years. Always answers my question and makes me feel comfortable. When I call for something his nurse always get back with me.

This doctor, and I use that term loosely, has no business practicing medicine. He is rude inpatient and condescending. I know a lot of people in this area who have needed urological services and have vehemently told the m NOT to let this doctor touch them. I could go on and on but I think I’ve made myself clear

Told me 10 mm stone fighting for 5 months wouldnt be causing any pain and his nurse got in a yelling match with me regarding paperwork. Never been so disrespected by supposed health care professionals.

He comes across very cold and unconcerned. I was in tears due to pain and he just continued to speak over me and handed me a booklets on what he THOUGHT my diagnosis may be and left the room. He has wanted me to undergo numerous test multiple times, 3 CTs and 2 Cystoscopy in the last 6 months and he keeps ordering more but he still says he can't really tell me what is going on, but that hasn't slowed him down for ordering more procedures. I feel defeated and helpless with my pain and other symptoms and he will not even stay in the room long enough for me to ask questions. The office staff is also difficult and no one knows what he others are doing. And his nurse is extremely unconcerned and harsh. If I knew what I knew now I would have seen one of the other providers.
