I am EXTREMELY grateful for finding Dr.Irby!!! I have been searching for a new PCP for almost 4 years. Dr. Irby is a doctor who truly cares about her patients. She will sit down with you and talk about ANY health questions you have and give you the best course of action. I love the fact that she’s a DO doctor and not a MD. She’s extremely thorough and wants to find the cause of your issues and not just treat the symptoms. It’s hard to find a not just a good doctor but a GREAT doctor I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

There is one "staff" who should be labeled "staph". She is not a person who will keep patients returning. Difficult to determine knowledge because so little communication exists thus the "helpfulness" rating. Wait time has never been an issue since there are very few patients. I am also not sure that HIPAA guidelines were not violated in one instance. Communication is just a rumor. There is strictly a one way communication. Portal is tolerated but usually ignored and any attempt to obtain an answer is an exercise in futility. I am not sure how this office stays afloat. Getting rid of the one "staph" would probably make this practice at least tolerable enough to be worthwhile, but at the moment at present not much chance. Overall rating is really low punctuality and "knowledge" notwithstanding.

Doctor Irby is NEVER in the office! Going a week without medication because of this. This has happened numerous times. Time to find a new doctor

STAY AWAY! Dr. Irby is NEVER in the office and NEVER follows up with prescription refills & the staff is horrible. My mom has been out of her prescription the past 7 days. The pharmacy sent it in on the 8th and she still doesn't have it on the 14th. The last time this happened I had to take my mom to the emergency room. The day after one of her visits, my mom still had to go to the ER. Although I told her the symptoms, she ignored them and we found my mom had pneumonia.

Dr. Irby is by far the best doctor I have ever had. She is easy to talk to and spends plenty of time with her patients. However, the actual office is terrible. You can never get a call back, prescriptions are a nightmare to get refilled. Insurance prior authorizations take weeks and that is after multiple calls to the office. I was very sad to leave Dr. Irby, but had no other options as things did not improve after several years of seeing her.

Wow, I'm not how this stays in business. Office staff are rude, like epically rude. They bill for services not rendered. They set up appointments for you, without telling you. I was setup for a mammogram without my consent. When I called the office, they couldn't communicate and basically blamed me for not seeing an email, then I was charged for not going to the apt. What?!? Dr Irby spends more time looking at her laptop than the patient. The WORST Doctor's experience EVER! Stay away from Irby!

Mediocre physician with a horrible staff run by Baptist. They will keep you waiting for an hour even when there is no other patient there. Unethical billing practices are the norm here. They fail to call in prescriptions and confuse orders.
