Hayden Franks Dermatology is the best you will come across! They do not have 10 doctors with 20 people in the waiting room. He is a single practicing dermatologist and his staff is the best. You may be the only one in the waiting room. You will find that you will get in and out very quickly and feel very confident about your visit. No need to look any further, trust me this guy is fantastic. A+ A+ A+!

Fancy place. Probably good for old people. He never told me what was wrong with my skin even after I directly asked him what the condition was called he never answered the question. Prescribed me a cream that my insurance wouldn't cover (he knew that). Told me he couldn't do anything for me. I waited 2 months for my appointment.

Dr. Hayden Frank's and his staff are the best in the business. If you have a skin problem he's the one you should have , best dermatologist in the city of Littlerock Arkansans. I promise you will be glad you you gave him a try.

It is inconceivable that Dr. Franks would ever receive a rating lower than 5 stars. He is patient but meticulous and has kept my shin cancer in check for 20 years. You can truest him fully with your skin care.

I have been using Dr. Franks for several years...in fact our entire family has used Dr. Franks. The offices are nice and clean. Dr. Franks and the entire staff are always extremely friendly.

Great! I have gone to this office for a little over a year. Every time I go, staff is effective in how they execute their job so I can get all questions answered, any necessary prescriptions, and get out the door in a timely fashion. I always know that the staff here won't leave me sitting in the waiting room or exam room for very long before I am taken care of. Dr Franks is very to the point and never leaves a question or concern unaddressed. It is rare that you can find a doctor who both speedy and thorough.

my experience with this doctor and his staff was horrible. I took my daughter in because her hair has been coming out since Feb. When we first walked we didn't feel welcomed against my better judgment I decided to stay because I was hopeful we would get some answers. we were called backed the nurse was pleasant. Once Dr. franks entered is when the experience got bad. He looked at one spot in my daughters head told her she had alopecia and it was a slim chance of regrowth. He suggested we buy some Rogaine and he left the room. I was not pleased with the way things went so I didn't stop there I scheduled another appointment with a different doctor who took the time to draw blood. The results came back and my daughter DID NOT have alopecia. Happy to say that hair is starting to grow back and she is a happy teenager again.
