I have been having laser hair removal done for years multiple places and different areas. Ideal Image has surpassed my expectations while in the clinic. The women up front I believe Taylor and Angel are the names are wonderful and extremely helpful. The nurses Kara Kristen and Amber who do the laser hair removal treatments are experts and talk through everything while answering any and all questions I may have. Tuesday November 2 I called in response to an email advertisement to book a medical spa service with Ideal Image. Booked an online Skype phone call with a consultant who was not a medical professional for Ultherapy laser services for skin tightening. She said she could see where I could definitely benefit from the services And that she could treat the sagging skin with the services. When I try to book an appointment for an in person visit she said they cannot book any appointments without full payment upfront. I paid in full over the phone using my debit card. She then attempted to book the appointment but was unable to do so and promised someone from Ideal Image would call me back the next day to book the appointment as soon as possible. She then attempted to book the appointment but was unable to do so and promised someone from Ideal Image would call me back the next day to book the appointment as soon as possible.No one called I waited one day and called them again the person who answered the phone said she attempted to book an appointment but was unable to do so at that time and they would call me the next day. I called again the next day and The representative was able to access the schedule but said they had no openings and someone would call me back the next day to try to get me scheduled. I called Friday and asked for a full refund as no one would schedule me for the paid for services and was refused. They said they would log my complaint and someone from their complaints department named Ashley would call me within 3 to 5 business days. Ashley called me today November 10th at 338 pm and explain they do not issue refunds without a medical excuse as to why I cannot receive the services however they are unable to book me at this time as they have no openings. She also stated they would not refund my money unless it had been over 60 days and I have still not been able to get my treatment. However she looked at the schedule and there are no openings before 60 days and she was unable to see any appointments after 60 days. I repeatedly asked for my money back I repeatedly told her the initial consult never said anything about not being able to receive treatment even this year and if I wouldve known they were going to be unable to book a treatment in any reasonable timeframe I wouldve never paid them money. After researching business complaints on Ideal Image I found that there are multiple complaints from all over the United States with the same issue. I was not verbally told that there would not be a refund I was not told they would not be able to schedule for services Ive been unable to get any resolution to the matter.

DO NOT TRUST THEY ARE A SCAMMM

So I wasnt able to post my review originally with my profile .but honestly ive had the absolute worst time .  I was supposed to receive a call back yesterday 1108 to explain whats going on with my refund that I have yet to receive . Of course no one has called .  I wouldnt suggest this place at all .  this is the first negative review ive had to do but I wouldnt want anyone else to lose money by trusting them  next is BBB because this is ridiculous.

Harassing phone calls when there wasnt even a consultation. Then attempted to charge for things that werent even done at consultation. Make it make sense...

BIG FAT SCAM IF youre thinking about it DONT they just want your money at the end of the day .  ive been going back and forth with them since august.. its now November.   I originally wanted a laser hair treatment.  They called 45x a day after I just inquired information.  after considering a while I decided to see what they had to offer.   First of all they connect you to a lady who tries to basically see what all she can get out of you financially .  if you dont have enough no worries she will try to get you to take out multiple LOANS ...  .  Then if its not enough she will lower a few hundred dollars and. take a down payment.  After that you can almost hang everything up because shell tell you that some one will reach out to set up your appointment BUT THEY WONT.   It will take you calling a few times inquiring they say the same thing scheduling will call you .  Its not until you want to CANCEL and ask for a REFUND THAT THEYRE READY TO SCHEDULE.  NO THANKS.  then proceed to try and sway you into keeping the control.  when you decline they say you have to wait until a 90 day period???????  After that I call and the lady confirms my card for the refund is correct.... 2 WEEKS+ LATER NOTHING.  I call and the agent assigned to my case id is too busy to receive calls .   Did I mention MY CALLS WERE BEING SCREENED.  I was calling and it would only give me option to call back saying they were busy.  I use my friends phone to call and the lady answers ...... I WOULDNT TRUST ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY WITH THEM ‍
