Dr.Scruggs is the best. Extremely kind and caring including a outstanding Surgeon. She did eyelid surgery on me,was able to keep my eye lashes from turning in to my eye causing irritation. I had little if any pain after the surgery. I highly recommend her. Excellent staff too.

The best eye-lift doctor! Easy to communicate with and was willing to take the time to answer all my questions. She and her staff will work with your schedule to accomodate your needs/requests. I am a year out of surgery and my lids look natural - so pleased. Thank you Dr. Scruggs!

I have been a patient of Dr. Scruggs now for 3+ years. She did Tear duct surgery on one of my eyes. She is kind, sincere and cares. She will address your questions and concerns and will review your options with you. I have never had to wait very long to see her. Her team is always friendly as well. I feel very confident in her care.

I injured my eye which ripped apart my lower eyelid and was referred to her by my local Ophthalmologist. He consulted with Dr. Scruggs over the phone, and she agreed to see me that afternoon and examine my situation. She and her staff waited for me on a late Friday afternoon to get there, examined my injury, and immediately sent me to the Hospital to prep for surgery. By 4:30 I was being wheeled into the OR so she could sew the parts of my jigsaw eyelid back together, and did a remarkable job. Dr. Jennifer, her staff, along with the nurses from the hospital were all very courteous and professional. She was willing to put her life on hold, and do all this for me, when I didn't even have an appointment before that afternoon. Not only that, she followed up the next day with a phone call to see how I was doing! Dr. Scruggs put a great ending to one of my worst days.

Only 5 min wait time. She was very to the point very nice. And ask me if I wanted her to take care of the blocked blood vessel now in office. With very little wait. She explained what she would do. And it was most part painless. Stitched and cardarise my right after she removed the blockade . She the type if u want to joke she will but is very good at what she does. And today I had a check up with all good thumbs up , and I did tell her she was ranked high in my book. No more pain in my right eye.
