Dr. Casciano has the perfect balance of training and experience. He taught student doctors how to perform procedures for 6 years in addition to being board certified and has done post-doctoral training. He has time for all questions as do each of his staff. His whole operation is competent and professional. I had excellent care and can see clearly.

I have a number of issues resulting in surgery in one of my eyes. As a result I have been the beneficiary of the treatment and care of fine eye specialists in Little Rock. Dr. Casciano performed a cornea transplant on this eye and I am very happily seeing more clearly. Dr. Casciano was understandable and informative in his discussion of this procedure. His manner very professional as well as approachable. I am grateful and thankful for his help. Susie May

He is very personable, humble, kind, caring, patient, thorough and professional. I am from different country and I was concerned of who I was going to see for my glasses check-up here in Arkansas. But once I met him, I was at ease. He checked my vision and eyes thoroughly, did multiple tests on me, explained plans, and made sure I didn't leave with unanswered questions. He also remembers his patients! His staff is very efficient and friendly. I have recommended him to several people.

Dr. Casciano is extremely knowledgeable and willing to pass information on to his patients. As a patient I appreciate how kind and professional he is. He did a more complicated cataract surgery for me and as a result my vision has even perfect for the past year. He has one of the kindest and professional staff I have ever met. I’m a new patient of Dr.Cascianos and I can’t be happier! I have had a lot of trouble with my vision and thought I was not getting the right prescription with the former doctor. Glasses helped but something wasn’t right. Dr.Casciano took a lot of time and did multiply test and found my problem. Thanks to his expertise I can get the help I need to get my vision corrected.

I had been a patient of Dr. Chappell for 20+ years and her retiring left me wondering who I would see about my eyes since cataracts were looming in the shadows. I met Dr. Casciano and felt so confident under his care. He makes me feel relaxed.....even during surgery. During office visits, he makes you feel as though you are the only patient and I'm impressed that he takes his own calls. I recommend him to everyone ....he has a lot of experience in many facets of eye care and treatment.
