List of Medexpress Urgent Care's Reviews
Outstanding service.
Extremely rude staff. I had to go to a different facility because they refused to see me. There was over an hour left until closing time. I didn't even get a chance to present my ID and insurance. I wouldn't even recommend another MedExpress based on the "service" I received at this location. Please find another in-network facility unless this is your absolute last resort.
Showed up to this “walk ins welcome” clinic for a tb skin test. Said they can’t do that for walk in and I would have to make an appointment. Made an appointment for next day and when I showed they said they only one who does those test is out at the moment and I had to wait over an hour for my “appointment”. Don’t schedule someone for an appointment and then have no one there when the appt is
My neighbor took a tumble after dinner Sunday, and scraped a large flap of skin off of her forearm. It needed medical attention. I grabbed my phone to find help and landed on the Chenal MedExpress Urgent Care. We arrived 20 minutes before closing. We were treated kindly and efficiently and the medical staff saw to the patient while I handled the administrative tasks. She was tended too (turns out it really needed to be cleaned and properly bandaged) and on our way to the 24 Hour Walgreens in a total of 30 minutes. Our thanks to the staff, whom I am sure were really ready to close up shop for the day. You are appreciated.
Denied care here today(7/15) because they’re appointment based only. So much for walk-in urgent care clinic.
Extremely rude, inflexible, unaccommodating receptionist.
Drug screening appointment- Front desk was kind and helped me complete my paperwork. Lisa (I think?) worked my screening. She was efficient, quick and patient. Thanks!
Don't bother calling. You'll get put on hold and they never come back to answer the phone. Probably the most unprofessional office I've ever dealt with
Anytime I’ve come into this location I was greeted with the most respectful & professional service. All the staff is very friendly and helpful I recommend this location anytime.
Wow, closes at 8:00 but wouldn't take us at 7:15 because their SYSTEM only allows a certain number of appointments. At an URGENT CARE. we were in real distress, not ER distress, but something fully within their scope. No Can't do anything about it she said. Just the messenger she said. So shameful. So uncaring. Went to Baptist Urgent care after that. They told us their doctor was due to leave shortly to go to a shift at the hospital and they would check to see if they could stay. They did! Compassion and competence. Thank you so much Baptist Urgent care. Never again Med Express. Oh and seen by an MD at Baptist. PA at Med Express. No comparison. NO STARS You have to put at least one to post the review Staff at Med Express can look you right in the eye while you're suffering and tell you no. 45 minutes BEFORE THEY EVEN CLOSE....... Apparently their are other reviews with this same issue. I read the lame "we don't really care" MedExpress responses to them. Looking forward to something similarly pathetic.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
