I have found my forever spa! This place is amazing. I got botox here. It was significantly cheaper per unit than any other spa in the area. They offer discounts and accept care credit. The front desk lady was so nice and personable. The doctor was quick and knowledgeable. I'm so impressed with this place and will be going back many times!

Such a bad experience with them,, had a hair transplant here but I got bad result .. Don't recommend anyone to go there for atleast hair transplant. It's been 16-17 months I had transplant from here and got 0 result.

Dr Salman Hashmi and team of skilled assistants (Alelhi, Destiny, Carlos and Brandi) are all wonderful. They all absolutely care about your results and understand making a customer happy is what drives new business and success. They have a lot on the line in taking care of their patients and I felt like I was in great care with them. I would highly recommend to everyone!

Don’t trust them they’re freaking theif we got our hair transplant and they charged us $4800. It was $600 for quest diagnostic as a lab test what they never pay them to them and thry keep sending us the mail from a two year so I gave them a call several time and the Lady name brindiee just told us yeah we fix it and we still getting the mail then I told her I want to talk to the doctor about it before I sent you a notice but she said yeh just gave us a call then he never answered the phone after that, They are getting all these review from the family to make like them too famous don’t worry i m going to complaint to medical department just wait they just making us fool.Never trust them if u saying its not true then why u not paying them there money thts ur problems not mine i paid to u don’t lie online i m going to complaint about ur office just watch we dont go to quest u guys did his lab work in office so you have to solve this problem not us my brother didn’t get any results ok

My experience at Nirvana MedSpa was exceptional. The shockwave therapy on my scar tissue, expertly conducted by Dr. Hashmi, led to significant blood vessel growth and improved circulation, softening the tissue considerably. The support from the coordinator, Brandy, was outstanding throughout the process. Their combined professionalism and the effectiveness of the treatment have made my journey to recovery remarkably positive.

Receiving laser treatments for spider veins. I am having excellent results. Savannah does a great job is very professional. I’m looking forward to getting rid of all my spider veins. Reasonably priced. I went to a Dr Mimi in Little Rock who wanted $1500 to target a very small area & never mentioned laser when I had so many veins to treat. Make sure you go to Nirvana Med Spa for a consultation before going elsewhere you will be pleased with your experience.
