R. Paul Svoboda's Online Review Report Card

This doctor may be good. But he has a very rude staff working the phones and the nurses never answer or return calls. I had to reschedule an appointment for bloodwork for humira due to important personal reasons and they couldn’t get me in until 3 months later! Absolutely ridiculous. I may be dead from this disease in 3 months. But they don’t care. The lady’s tone on the phone certainly proved that. They said he has a lot of patients. I asked to see another doctor and was told no. I’ll never go back and pray for the rest of you to have a better experience.

Dr. Svoboda and his support staff were very professional and provided top notch care before, during and after my recent colonoscopy.

Very impressed with his professionalism. He took several tissue samples for further testing and I felt he was very thorough, as well as his explanations about the procedure and why he wanted to get more detailed information. I would recommend him to anyone who needed his services.

I have been trying to get into this doctor because he had good reviews. My dad has been seeing a gastro doctor for years and his stomach has only gotten worse. Naturally we decided to get a brand new doctor In hopes of getting my dad the help he needs. This doctor, through his receptionist/nurse, declined to see my doctor because according to her, he said he does not see patients that already have an established doctor. Well I am trying to get a new gastro doctor established. I've never heard of a doctor declining to see a new patient Because he has seen a doctor. I'm sure I will find a very good doctor that Will show kindness and be happy to accept a new patient who Is in dire need of help after years of serious stomach .

Dr. Svoboda is a WONDERFUL physician. He is not only knowledgeable but one of the most caring and patient doctors I have ever had. He never minimizes what and how his patients say they feel. He takes the time to talk with patients and not talk at patients.

Very personable and skilled. Friendly and warm, put me at ease. Procedure was easy. I was completely sedated. Nurses during procedure were awesome!

Dr. Svoboda is by far one of the best doctors I have seen. Over the past year I have gone to two other GI doctors, neither one who does anything but treat the symptoms of my Barretts Esophagus. Dr. Svoboda has gone above and beyond to make sure not only my symptoms are treated but that the source of the problem is dealt with. Highly recommend him and his staff.

I found Dr. Svoboda to be kind, courteous and knowledgeable in his field. I will recommend him to anyone whom I know that is in need of a Gastroenterologist. I felt comfortable in speaking to him about my symptoms and did not feel rushed during our conversation. To me, he is one of the best!

Was very nice the first few visits had to take my grands with me one visit and staff was very hateful and I didn't get the exam or ask if had questions. Also did blood work but I had been deficient in d vitamin and that test was not ordered. Will not return!!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Svoboda for a couple of years now. I think he is a great Doctor. He listens to every thing I have to say. He is never in a hurry to rush out the door. To me that is very important. He explaines every thing to me to where I understand what is happening to me. If I haden't been sent to him for U.C. when I did, I donit know if I would be in as good as shape medicaly if it wasn't for him. Thank you Dr. Svoboda.
