Dr.Cranford has been my doctor for over 15yrs.And he has never missed a beat when it comes to my health and healthcare.I highly respect him.He is a true caring doctor and listens to his patients needs.

Dr. Cranford is a one man's show, for he has been the only doctor at this facility for quite some time. I honestly don't know how he does it. He has a professional, loyal staff who serves him and his patients well.I’ve been with him for over 20 years. I guess that can make him seem old school, but he’s highly skilled and qualified. His care and treatment are top rated. I totally recommend scheduling a visit from Wednesday- Saturday if you are in need of a great physician.

He's OUTSTANDING...Just wish his staff was. After calling at 8:17am to get his prescription approval, it still hasn't been sent to my pharmacy! He's the that said I don't need to be without my medicine! lol smh

The Doctor is the sweetest, his staff is beyond rude. They are very unprofessional. On meds that you are not to stop taking, call last week for refills. Call the nurse, she super rude and hang up in my face. I try not to treat anyone like that, because I'm in the medical myself. If you don't have compassion for patients DONT GO IN THE MEDICAL FIELD!!!!! I will be finding another Doctor. I guess when he starts losing a sufficient amount of patient he will do something about his staff. If you plan using this Doctor for your PCP, let me give you some advice DONT!!!!!!! The only reason I gave them one star is because of the Doctor. SMH!!!!
