I was first pleased with the speed with which they got me an appointment. Then I was happy see the inclusiveness of their medical forms. To top it all off, the staff, technician, med assistant, and doctor were all pleasant and professional. I highly recommend the whole crew!

Had total hip replacement. I was up and walking with walker that night of surgery. Walking by myself 1 week and 2 days after surgery. No pain at all took Tylenol only for uneasiness. Very happy with incisions I don’t think you will be able to even see scar. Very happy with Dr Baxter and staff would highly recommend

The total experience was both pleasant & professional. Dr. Baxter listened intently, kindly answered my questions, & gave examples when applicable to increase my understanding. We found him to be a very easy to talk with orthopedic doctor. Also, it’s worth noting that Holly, in the scheduling department, is quite helpful, as are the ladies at the Little Rock location.

This office is so organized and professional. Called as new patient and they were able to get me in same day. When I arrived all they needed was my photo ID and insurance card since I had filled out the paperwork online thru a link they emailed me. Was taken straight back with no wait for X-rays and was seen by Dr. Baxter right after. He was very thorough and patient. I was highly impressed by the physician as well as his office.

I am very impressed with Martin Orthopedics and Dr. Baxter. Even as a new customer, they were able to get me in in less than a week. Wow!I liked being able to do all the paperwork online prior to the visit and my wait time once I got to my appt was less than 5 minutes.The entire staff was friendly and professional and Dr. Baxter's "bed side manner" is outstanding. I will definitely continue to be treated there as well as share my great experience with other potential customers.Thank you!

Great facility to start with and the receptionist were very helpful and pleasant. Wait was short and Dr. Baxter was excellent in explaining the situation with my shoulder. Overall a great experience
