This was my first time visiting Ortho-Arkansas. I was truly amazed at the young men were so respectful and helpful as you entered the building in directing everyone to them area for service. Everyone at the front desk was very courteous and patient in getting the information needed. And to provide receipts for co-pay and refer you to the waiting area, letting you know someone would be right with. The Nurses and X-ray tech worked to carry out their responsibilities as quickly as possible. Afterwards, meetings Dr. Paulus was a delight. He introduced himself and expressed the results of my X-ray. Explaining possible options I had. All in all a great experience.

Dr. Paulis entered my exam room totally aware of the condition I was dealing with, my symptoms, past orthopedic procedures, and x-ray results. He throughly explained what had caused the issues I presented with, and made recommendations for treatment. It seemed important to him that I understood both the condition and treatment he prescribed. He was very patient with my questions and concerns and immediately made appropriate referral. Very impressed! His staff from the scheduler, check-in person, nurse and x-ray technician were very friendly, caring, and professional. I especially appreciated Dr Paulis’s conservative solution.

Very largely and clearly explained about what cause me pain on my neck and right arm and highlighted the appropriate treatment to be used to solve the problem. I felt very positive and hopeful from our interview after the result of the MRI test. He’s very knowledgeable about its work.

Dr. Paulus and his staff are caring, considerate, genuine and attentive to your problem and strive to get your situation taken care of in a very timely manner. They explain everything to you in a way you can understand and they give great information on medications, and give alternatives of lower does or strength that might help. I appreciate all they do and have done to truly improve my condition.
