This place is a breath of fresh air. The staff is friendly informative professional down to earth . Everyone I spoke with listened to me in earnest and handled me accordingly with dignity and I just have to say it's where it's at when it comes to services that are so intimate and important to one's life. My doctor and nurses were candid and up front. They listened to my concerns and handled everything with such a sincere purpose. Unfortunately shortly after leaving the office I came down very sick and turned out I had had Covid 19. I was called back quickly after they received my message My scheduled surgery was put on hold and everyone took the necessary precautions and I'm so grateful to know that such wonderful professional people in our area are taking care of our bodies. One couldn't ask for better anywhere. That's for sure! 100% satisfied with the way my unfortunate circumstances were handled. The fact there was an after hours person that I could reach out to was comforting. I was taken to the emergency room at a local hospital only hours before my scheduled surgery and my vehicle was broken into. I thought the prescriptions for my surgery had been taken as well.. Fortunately my prescriptions were found and it wasn't necessary but the willingness of the staff and their understanding of my unique circumstances was heartwarming and I want to thank the entire team up there Ortho Arkansas is World Class. The large medical centers (they know who they are ) should stop with the power plays and follow the business practices that they have at Ortho Arkansas. If they did ,Central Arkansas would be the envy of the entire Nation for the quality of our medical services here.

I had a work related toe injury that required me to have two separate surgeries. I’m glad that Doctor Gregory Ardoin was the Physician i later found out to be truly Highly Recommended for my treatment I have had the privilege of meeting people of all types (medical professionals) they have been treated by him as well and rated him as “The Foot/Ankle Specialist” my reply every time is Yes he is! He’s a Celebrity and I’ve been fortunate to get his Autograph on my Foot thank you Dr. Ardoin .

I’ve never had a bad experience at the facility nor with this doctor. He’s always taken the time to explain what’s going on and answer questions. I also do appreciate his confidence. He’s supported by a rockstar team; APN Hulett , nurse Crystal and Jeanette and Landon whom I also trust completely. They all have treated me with patience, kindness and respect. I’m in great hands with this team.

3 hour late for my appointment, took a look at my ankle which took less than 2 minutes and sent me for Physical Therapy. Asked front desk why he was running so far behind schedule, and they said he always does because he's over booked and to try to get 1st appointment of the day if you want a quick appointment. Beyond frustrating when I lost all my PTO for the day due to them overbooking every day. I will look for care elsewhere if my follow up appointment has the same issue. I don't book appointments and show up on time to wait hours after the appointment time to be seen. If I were to do a no show or come late, I'd be charge a co-pay either way or a no-show fee. Well don't schedule 5 appointments all at the same time and make the patients wait either. If you don't mind waiting for hours to be seen, then it's not so bad. Also, this happens with other providers at the location too, not just one, as my husband is a patient of Ortho Arkansas also, and every appointment he's had has been 30 minutes to 2 hours after the scheduled time.

Very professional and found the problem immediately. Discussed treatment plan with confidence. Performed steroid injection with expertise. Very impressed with treatment.

Still undecided about this Doctor. He doesn't have the bedside manor that some do, but I'm sure he's a good doctor. It's like he doesn't like to see his patients unless they are asleep. He has his assistant meet and talk to the patients. The first visit with Dr. Ardoin was rather odd. His first question was: "who referred you to me?". But after surgery it was all good and come back when you want a total ankle replacement, we'd be happy to help you with that. It was like to sided faces. Maybe it was an off day. Who knows? 4-2022: So, I went back to him because he said to, to have my ankle replaced. He and his assistant body shamed to the point of tears, I was crying when I left the office and sat in the parking lot and cried some more. They went on and on about how fat I was and that he wouldn't do the surgery until I was below a certain BMI. The problem is, how many times am I going to have to fall, because my ankle "throws" me, before I do more damage to it or other parts of my body. So far I have fallen 3 times. Only go to him if you are skinny with any ankle problems.

I am a regular! Funny but not funny I know. But I am a klutz! 🤣😂 But from surgeries, to the breaks, to all of my sprains Dr. Ardoin is always there to save my day! Him and his staff are amazing. They go above and beyond in my experiences. Just 2 days ago I got to visit them again Yay. I broke my ankle trying to put ON a skate. They were amazing as usual being careful not to hurt me during my Xrays and exam. I just love all of them. The casting lady was also very gentle and believe me these things are important. I just wish I knew more names. Then when leaving we will call her Mrs wonderful even gave me advice about where to get a knee scooter. I just want to say Thank you to Dr. Ardoin and his staff ya'all are the best.

I will always use Dr. Ardion. He has taken care of my feet since 2010.

Excellent care Excellent surgeon

I have had two surgeries by Dr. Ardoin. The first was without complications, but with the second one I had complications that should have been avoided. Communication with the office and nurse was not pleasant, and my PCP had to order testing that should have been done by Dr. Ardoin. Based on my experience and the residual effects I am having post surgery, I would not use OrthoArkansas again. Also, the wait time in this office is the worst I have ever seen. It is not a matter of minutes but several hours. At my last visit it was 2.5 hours.
