I worked for this company for about 3 months, until I realized they were being dishonest. First light is terrible to their employees. They promised me 12 an hour, and ended up leaking money out of my paychecks and then refused to pay me back the difference. A whole dollar out of each hour I worked. I caught them in several lies and they made promises they didn't keep. They don't value their employees word over anything. It's the client's word or nothing at all. They are horrible and unprofessional. I highly suggest not working here or sending your loved one to them.

I used this company on Saturday. The gentlemen that entered my home (ARREN) was late and my mom is a terminally ill patient and he didn’t even wear a MASK! When I arrived which I had been here for a minute without him knowing, ARREN was on the phone kicked back! Didn’t do anything I had asked him to! When I came in my mom had pooped and was playing in it, from the looks of her hand she had been playing in it for a while! I asked him to leave! He went and told her my mom was home alone when my son was in the closet the entire time! Then instead of the OWNER listening to my complaints, she didn’t want to hear it and called DHS! I have an attorney on this now!

I have worked for Raelene for a few years she's the best . she cares for your loved ones and makes sure you have the personal attention you need . I have had the honor of bring one of her caregivers and not only do I enjoy taking care of you or your family member I love working for first light . I would recommend to anyone..
