Lisa has really helped me. The past year has not been a normal one, for anybody. The end of 2020, circumstances were becoming hard for me to bare. Dr. Fitzgibbons called me and asked if I was still interested in adult DBT therapy. She couldn't have called me at a better time. Here I was, struggling to cope. I have been given the tools I need to mame progress. I have been so thankful for the sessions and classes presented by Dr. Fitzgibbons. She has been very helpful. I have had a hard time finding good therapy in the past, and I am so grateful to Dr. Fitzgibbons.

She seemed insincere when I went to her for help. Very insensitive with her remarks. I would not recommend her to others.

I left numerous messages before I got a call back from her office assistant. Dr Fitzgibbons often seems immature with her comments. It is hard to see her on a consistent basis due to her other obligations. She is not prepared before sessions begin. I never connected with her.

Office staff and Dr. Fitzsgibbons are extremely unprofessional. This is not a psychologist I could recommend to anyone at any point in time. Just horrible interaction. Clearly does not care about what is best for patients and their families.

Dr. Fitzsgibbons and staff are extremely unprofessional. Children with mental health issues need compassionate and prompt care. This is not where you will find top notch care and/or individuals that will care for children and their families as they should be cared for. Would not recommend Dr. Fitzsgibbons!!!!!

Dr Fitzgibbons was thorough and helpful with my child. I appreciate the extra time she spent explaining the options that were available for our family.

I scheduled an appointment 6 weeks ago. After knowing the details of the case for six weeks Dr. Fitzgibbons called 2 days before the appointment,Conveniently before a holiday, and informed us that she couldn't see my son, but not before she had her office manager call and lie to me about why she needed him to see a different Dr. (Within her office of course)and much later than we want to wait after waiting 6 weeks. We jumped through hoops and asked people to take the day off of work so we could be there for the original appointment without children (her request). When I brought that up she basically told me too bad. Her professionalism is lacking and her integrity is questionable. I am not impressed.
