List of A. Ray Bollen's Reviews
He is a very kind and caring physician. He takes the time to explain and teach. He is very knowledgeable and dedicated. I am fortunate to know him and have him as my family doctor. His nurses and staff are wonderful too. I highly recommend him!
Dr bollen has been a wonderful physician to my mother over the years
Dr. Bollen always seems to take time to truly talk about the issues/illness I'm having. He's real, he doesn't try and sugarcoat the situation and I think that's why he seems so easy to talk to in my opinion. I've always felt very confident in the care I've received.
I was visiting from out of state and injured my hand. Before going to the emergency room I called my insurance carrier to confirm the hospital was in network which they were. Dr Bollen was my attending and he was wonderful. My issue is I received an invoice for full amount due for his emergency room services after I received EOB from my insurance indicating my amount owed would be approximately half of the billed amount. When I called Aetna to find out what was going on they explained to me that yes, Dr Bollen is in network as is the hospital....HOWEVER, Dr Bollen belongs to a group of emergency physicians and this group is OUT OF NETWORK which allows them to balance bill the patient after insurance has processed the claim. I find this practice to be absolutely vulgar and deceptive.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
