Half a star wasn’t an option.This is the most unprofessional office I have EVER encountered. I patiently waited one hour in their waiting room to be called back for my stress test while no one ever apologized or explained the delay. At 45 minutes I approached the front desk where the woman informed me that they schedule 4 tests at the same time and they would get to me eventually. Really? Why wouldn’t they stagger appointments at 15 or 20 minute intervals so they could be considerate of their patient’s time? Their answer? That’s just how they do things. (Read between the lines- we don’t care about YOUR time!) Two other people in the waiting area had waited 45 minutes as well. Additionally, the instructions said I couldn’t eat anything before the test while a female employee was eating in front of all of us.Next, they scheduled a treadmill test instead of nuclear test for me even though I spoke to the scheduler two weeks prior about why I couldn’t do the treadmill and she said she would change it.This test does have a lot of waiting in between imaging and I was prepared for that. What I was NOT prepared for was them telling me I had to share a small room with another patient who was wheezing and coughing! They want to be protected from Covid and make patients wear masks correctly, but it’s ok for us to sit in a 8x8 room together?Finally, after waiting 3 hours they informed me they would have to wait for one of the doctors to come back before they could do the actual stress part of the test. Where were the doctors? I guess lunch - they said they weren’t sure! There are at least 4 doctors at this location but I guess lunch or a meeting that involves All of them is more important than the patients.Five hours later I finally left this place! My original instructions said 3-4 hours. And no, there was no emergency because I asked.Never again! Do not go to the Mansfield location of The Heart Place if professionalism and timeliness is valuable to you!

I would give this place a minus star if I could. I had a nuclear stress test scheduled for 10:30. At 11:15 I asked the front desk if they forgot me and she rudely informed me that they schedule 4 people at a time (all at 10:30) so they hadn't got to me yet- no apology. I asked why didn't they schedule people in 15 min increments so patients weren't inconvenienced and she just shrugged. Finally at 11:35 I was called back to a room. They told me to wait again and then 20 minutes later they inserted the IV port. I knew there was a lot of waiting involved in this process but the inconsideration is insane. After 3 hours I was told that they had to wait to administer the actual stress part of the test because there were no doctors in the office! I guess they all went to lunch which was more important than the four patients waiting. Also the staff ate in front of me knowing full well that we were told we couldn't eat before this test. I was told by their office this test would take between 3-4 hours. I left after 5 hours! No apologies of course! If you value your time and professionalism DO NOT GO a to the HEART Place in Mansfield. Too many other cardiologists that would treat you with respect.

Dr. Amin was very thorough. His staff are friendly and helpful.

Love my Dr.and the people who help him keep on track in a busy office.

I don’t understand how a place that deals with people’s heart can be so bad at responding to calls and appointment requests. My Dr. referred me to them over two weeks ago and even after two calls from me, I still don’t have an appointment. They left me a voicemail after the first call saying to have my Dr. call in a referral so clearly they didn’t bother to check and see they already had, over a week ago at the time of my call. My second call was a week after the first and they didn’t even bother to call me back this time. Absolutely terrible for a cardiologist. I mean it’s not like people calling them need a bunion checked. Find yourself another cardiologist that actually gives a damn about you and your heart.

Dr Patel pretty much walks on water. So grateful for her expertise and patient explanations. This is the place to be if you have ticker trouble.

I love Dr Patel. She makes me feel better when it comes to my heart! After having a heart attack you want an awesome cardiologist, I have one!!! Dr Patel!!! You

Shady Practice. Do not go to this place find another place. They are complete rip off medical practice who just wants run up your medical bill. They will admit you into the hospital through ER admit overnight and run up un-needed medical expense. If you want to avoid 17000 overnight medical bill. I would stay away from these shady doctors they just want to run up your medical insurance. Me and friend with no related heart issue in the past were admitted in same fashion stated they though you have blockage in the heart. Do not trust these people get a second opinion if want to avoid the hassle this office will give you.

Not very comfortable with HeartPlace Almost certain that they work to suck as much money out of the patients as possible. Twice I have been Billed an additional bill above and beyond what my insurance has paid this has caused major problems with my FSA Account not understanding why this amount is not showing on a receipt. Secondly I have found inconsistencies in the standard medical practice and the practice of this office. last month I was given a heart monitor to wear for a 24 hour period. The standard practice is to wear the monitor for 2 weeks to a month. In consulting with another cardiologist  I was told that 24 Hours does not yield enough useful data. Therefore any concerns that bring forth from this data is purely a money grab.

Omg Dr Manzori not only answered all of my questions but he has a sense of humor AND he's a surgeon? How is that possible :) no but really I am a very anxious person when it comes to doctors and hospitals and he sure had a great bedside manner and way of making me feel at ease, I'd definitely go back to him, as a matter of fact I am, thx a lot Dr Manzori.
