Although Dr Nagle seemed nice, appearances are deceiving. They don't answer the phone during business hours. I've called several times today. Is today a holiday? Website says they are open. I've been waiting on cardiac\diabetic refills since June 28. Today is July 11. I requested a 'Do Not Resuscitate' form. Without daily medication I might as well just die. I called twice & made a personal visit about refills. They have a huge problem addressing scripts. DON'T GO THERE!

Have been a patient since 1996 and would not dream of going anywhere else. Really love the care and service that Dr. Nagel and his staff provide from front of the house to back of the house.

Dr. Nagle was great. My problem is with the staff calling in prescriptions. Several times i have been told a prescription was called in only to find that was not the case. I have to call back repeatedly. One time they sent the info to a mail order service I have not had in over a year. Another family member has also had this same problem.
