Would not suggest this outfit if looking for punctual professional care. Didnt come on first day and at their own time next day and almost an hour late. We need infusion in pick line for infection after 2 week hospital say following surgery while battling cancer and scared patient. Started iv then left I had to flush and put blood thinner in myself after iv ran out. No compassion showing lack of caring.

Sadly I found myself in need of finding inhome care for my aging mother and her husband so they could remain safely in their home. The need was dire and immediate. I was advised to connect with Erin at Champion and once she and I spoke our communication was constant and progressive. Within 24 hours Erin had found a wonderful woman who perfectly fit my mother’s needs and conditions as well as her husband’s We met liked and hired Arlene who began the very next week. Her contribution to the household is invaluable. She is kind compassionate patient respectful and communicative. My mother and her husband are not only safe they are THRIVINGThank you Erin and Champion Home Health Care for your commitment to your community your clients and the loved ones who count on you to help us care for the people we love.

Lack of communication. Lack of staff to actual so up to care for family member. Lack of compassion. Wouldnt even give 1 star. Cant even believe they havent fired half of their staff for literally NOT SHOWING UP. No call no show your fired from any other job and the fact your putting someone life at risk by not showing up shows real care and compassion and you still have a job is mind blowing. I dont wish well to this company or the staff.

I have been receiving some nursing care from champion. They have been great about appointments. But the 5 star report here is for the physical therapy I have been receiving from Gabe King. He is so professional caring gentle and knowledgeable.I am getting better each week and it is due to Gabes diligent ministrations to my shoulder. I applaud Champion for their organization and for having such an amazing therapist on staff. I will be forever grateful for Gabe.

Ive worked as a care giver for many companies in many different capacities and I love champion. They are very communicative and supportive of their care givers. Ive been able to meet people from all walks of life it seems like Champion is very inclusive in who they offer services for which I think is wonderful Their efficiency and clear communication in the scheduling process enabled me to be better at my job as a caregiver as it gives me more time to focus solely on the needs of my client. They are excellent. Catlin Sandy and Lillian are the best nurses. They are always on time and quick. They noticed additional problems and I alerted my Dr preventing me from further damage.

This company is a fantastic organization. The office staff have always been friendly towards me and helped me with any problems i have had. Their caregivers have always shown compassion and kindness towards me and my mother. Their nursing team is also one of the best i have ever encountered.This is a company that has put me as ease. You can feel safe leaving your loved ones in the hands of their caregivers and nurses who provide the best possible care.
