DO NOT go to this clinic! You will get judged for the medications you take, they will stereotype you and make you feel less than a person by the time you leave there! They won’t listen to you, they will interrupt you if you try to explain things. Just pure RUDENESS!

Worst clinic in the area over a week of waiting for them to call in a prescription they only fill meds one month at a time so you go without for over a week before they will call them into pharmacy . My appointment in April during the pandemic no one that worked there was wearing a mask or taking precautions .They are incompetent and don’t care about you $ Places like this is why Arkansas has one of the worst ratings in healthcare in the country . They don’t even deserve one star

Took this place 4 days to get results back on my Covid test. I had been promised that I would get it back within 24 hours. After several phone calls I finally got the results. Phone calls I had to make to them!

Had to get stiches after an accident and went to First Care Family Medicine Mena. Everyone was very curious and professional. Karen at the front desk is just excellent at her job in every aspect. Doc Kim Nance APRN is the best. She was very caring and gentle. We talked through the complete visit. Very interesting lady and gifted. Thank you all at First care for taking good care of me when I was away from home. Friendly faces are a comfort in a stressful time. The finger was torn and not cut so the doc did an excellent job of putting it back together. Sending prayers you all stay safe during 2020! hugs! Marilyn Clement

Best experience I have had in a long time in a medical facility. I am from out of town absolutely love the one I go to back home but this place is amazing!!!!!

pretty terrible practice. had to wait for over two hours to get something that could’ve been done over a phone call. i was the only one in the waiting room. also have been waiting for over a week for them to fax a single document. this place is incredibly mismanaged, nobody seems to know what they’re doing
