I've been seeing Dr. Finck as my primary care physician for over 30 years, and I just can't imagine going to anyone else. He is thorough, kind, and right on. I trust him completely. He listens attentively, and answers any questions I have, and then gives me his recommendations. He refers when necessary and makes sure he has all the information. I think he is absolutely the best!

Dr. Finck is absolutely the best! I've been going to him for over 30 years, and I can't imagine going to anyone else. He takes the time to talk about whatever is going on, and is always kind. He is great about referring whenever that's needed. He is just the best doctor!

Never answers the phone, not open on Fridays, and the staff was unable to help with common procedures between the pharmacy and my previous primary care physician. The Dr. was lackadaisical and hardheaded about my scripts I’ve been taking for over 5 years and so now I have to drive a 220 mile, four and a half hour round trip ($150-time, gas, etc…) to my previous provider just to get a refill… each month… so I do not recommend this place.

Dr. Finck has always taken great care of my family and I. He has served the community for decades and is very attentive. I know he’s won the “best of mena” almost every year and I can see why. He and his staff are friendly and I really recommend selecting him to be your physician. 10/10

My father has been a patient of Dr. Finck's for 30+ years. I have been trying to reach him for 4 and a half weeks concerning a simple refill without success, no reply to messages or anything. Very disappointed!

Dr. Finck was my doctor for many years; then I moved from Mena. If only I could have taken him with me. I have searched for and tried several different doctors in Fort Smith and NW AR area, but have found none that compare to him. So, I'll still make the drive back to the small town doc as long as possible. Only reason I didn't put 5 stars is because of the office wait time. However, I suspect that has a lot to do with the time that he takes for each patient...which is actually a plus I suppose.

Dr. Finck and staff are awesome, Dr. Finck is a very sweet and understanding doctor, listens to his patients and makes sure that if he is not able to help with a Diga. he knows where to send you. He makes his patients very comfortable and is willing to help you resolve your health issues!
