Things have changed so much since gayle has been management. its going to go down hill fast. and i really wanted the relationahip to work with my therapist but to change therapists you got to be back on the waiting list for therapists. honestly this system is outright broken and disturbing. I do not recommend this place now.

They straight up lied. I called recently about insurances and if they accept blue cross blue shield they said they didn’t. I then looked into the website and it says it does. Extremely unprofessional.

Probably one of the WORST places to get help. If I could leave ZERO stars I would.The therapist I had Susan fell asleep on me during our last session. Was 20 mins late getting me. Also cut the appointment 15 mins early. The manager that was spoken to the day it happened seemed to not believe me?You have to call 3 or 4 times to actually have your appointment canceled. Sometimes they STILL call you asking why you missed an appointment.The psych I saw was not very personable at all. He didn’t seem to be interested in anything I had to say or care to listen.I’ve been trying to get my anti depressants for two weeks now. They never were called in at my last appointment. I’ve left countless messages asking for a call back. Nothing.If you want quality care don’t come here.

Nice place. Theyve always had good friendly staff at the front desks and good counselors. They now have extended hours until 6pm on week days. They also have convienient appointment remindersthat will text or call your phone before apps to remind you days before. Very helpful.

I would rate it zero stars or less if possible. Couldnt be a worse place to get help. Only good thing about the place is that its free. They honestly dont care.
