Dr. Istephan I want you to know your staff was cruel to me. I was in a bad car accident recently and my memory hasn't been the same since. I waited months to been seen by you and while scheduling I must have miss heard, miss remembered the time, idk but I missed the first appointment and realized a few hours later and tried to fix it. I was immediately and aggressively told by your staff that I wont be seen and that I am no longer welcome in your office. I genuinely needed help man and I was treated like I did something terrible over a mistake
