Prescribed the wrong medication for months! Absolutely careless care by Dr. Heather Cook. They did not catch the error for 3 months. They incorrectly prescribed me a medication used to treat OCD (clomipramine) instead of the estrogen blocker (clomiphene citrate). This medicine made me miss work due to extreme fatigue, feel like crap, and completely knocked libido down to nothing. I am still having ongoing issues from this medication. This was after a host of other issues with the clinic. Avoid this practice, and absolutely avoid Dr. Heather Cook.

Dr. Heather Cook was wonderful to work with. She explained every step of the IVF process to us and made sure that we were comfortable and informed throughout the process. She takes extra care to make sure that her patients are comfortable during each procedure. She is a knowledgeable and caring physician. The Coastal Fertility Clinic, where Dr. Cook works, made us feel welcomed. The staff and nurses at the facility are friendly and professional. We never had to wait long in the waiting area and each procedure was done in a timely and efficient manner. They are very organized.

My experience with Dr. Cook was great from beginning to end. She made me feel very comfortable and thoroughly explained everything each time I met with her. She was very pleasant, her staff were great, and the facility was very neat and clean.

We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Cook. She was the first dr in four years to provide us with an actual diagnosis, instead of "unexplained fertility" (and this was within just minutes of meeting with her!). Moreover our experience with her during our fertility treatments was superb. She and Coastal Fertility treat their patients so well! We are eternally grateful to her for our upcoming baby girl, and all of our future children that will follow after her. You can't go wrong with Dr. Cook!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Cook. We went to Coastal for an initial consult and were given all information straight forward, which my husband and I very much appreciated. We decided to get a second opinion from another fertility doctor across the street and we did not have the same experience. We returned to Dr. Cook and I'm so glad we did! Dr. Cook is very empathetic, we never felt rushed during appointments and there was always someone available to contact for questions if things came up after appointments. The whole office goes above and beyond to make dreams possible!

Dr. Cook was absolutely amazing! She is compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her (and have already) to anyone who is struggling with infertility. She truly made our dreams come true!

Dr. Cook and the rest of the staff are amazing! Dr. Cook always takes time to inform about the process and answers all the questions that we had. We had wonderful experiences during all visits. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Cook!!
