Dr Germain is the best dermatologist l know. I see her medically and cosmetically and she is a master at her craft. I will never let another doctor touch my face. She is personable, gentle and takes her time when I'm with her. A true professional. Her staff is amazing and very knowledgeable about all Dr Germains products, procedures and all the other wonderful treatments and services they offer. There is a reason she keeps getting voted best dermatologist!

Dr. Germain and her professional staff stand above and beyond other dermatologist practitioners. No wonder she has won so many “Best of” awards. I recently received a new Forever Young BBL treatment that tightens skin, eliminates sun damage, and renews collagen production. I’m excited to see the long lasting results.

I went to her Summerville office where I never saw the doctor, only a nurse who did a lot of very painful laserings. I shall not return.

I have been a patient of Dr. Germain since she started practicing in Mt. Pleasant and have received the best of care, not only from her but everyone else who works with her. They feel like my second family sometime as I am a very frequent patient.

I highly recommend using Germain Dermatology. I personally have dealt with Dr Emily Kmetz - is is amazing. She has helped me get control on my psoriasis. I find all the staff to be kind and considerate.

Dr Germain, and her staff are very kind and thoughtful and they know what they're doing. They're helping me a lot they make sure you're comfortable and everything is fine explain everything to you I love this place Dr Germain, it's funny we sing when I go there. Google maps said 130 people have seen my review. I liked it I think I need a discount hahaha

I would never go back to Dr. Germaine. On 4/1/19 , she gave me a shot that resulted in blood in my eye ,swolleness, bruising and an excruciating headache . When I went to her office, she was annoyed and dismissive . She actually threw her hands in the air and informed me she had no answers .. she referred me to a plastic surgeon who kindly said , that in time my eye would heal.It's been 19 days and I'm better but not I still have headaches.

Dr. Germain has the best staff that always makes you feel like family. Cassy is a prime example. My son has been there sometimes weekly for his acne and Cassy treats him like a son. She always works with his school schedule and finds a way to make it work! Holly and Dr. Germain have both gone above and beyond to make sure my son gets the best treatment. They both call, text and email because they really care and he looks great!
