I have been a Davita patient in Mountain Home since August 2018. The care I receive from the Davita staff goes above and beyond my expectations. The staff is kind, considerate, knowledgeable & very caring. They make me feel at home and meet my every need during each treatment. The staff is a very fun group and I enjoy being around the staff. I highly recommend this center to everyone.

Love the staff and the other patients! "We are a family"is the mentality there.... Everyone is kind, frendly, and very knowledge.

They are rude, ignorant, and flat out lazy. They won't help get a patient from wheel chair to the dialysis chair and back to wheel chair when done, they somehow never get anything the hospital sends them. They also won't bandage any wounds even if they cause them, they just let them sit there and bleed. They also don't bother calling and telling when they are running 2 hours behind. This is the worst place ever, would not recommend this place to anyone. It's not like people aren't having to deal with enough when someone is on dialysis, but to treat people the way they do is so upsetting.
