They were very professional and unlike traditional doctors office, that value their own time more than yours, they took me in at my scheduled time. The only reason I did not give them a five star rating was only so they dont become complacent and always have something to strive for :-)

I hurt my foot, thought it might be broke, so I went over to Med Express on a Saturday. I got right in, got x-rays and yes, it's broke. The staff was great! The nurses were kind and the NP was great. It went smooth and I left there with referral to orthopedic surgeon with my foot splinted on crutches. If I'd went to the ER it would have taken hours. I wasn't there 30 minutes total. I highly recommend them!

Everyone treated me with respect and concerned about my problem, which I thought was a cold but diagnosed with pneumonia. They treated me and sent my scripts to the pharmacy. Excellent service, absolutely no complaints here.

Walked in a Sunday to get two fishing hooks removed from my arm. The two ladies at the counter were wonderful. They were able to get me seen within a few minutes. Everyone there was super nice. The nurse practitioner had the hooks removed within about 10 minutes! If you have any fishing related injuries come see the crew here!

I was on a camping vacation with my family, and came down with conjunctivitis halfway through my trip. MedExpress was kind, friendly, accommodating, and there was hardly any wait! They took excellent care of me.

I've lived in the Mountain Home area most of my life and im 54. This is the first time i have went to the Med Express clinic. Is was very helpful, but a long shot for being an "Express". I waited in the room to be seen for an hour. They did help, but need to be more prompt with their patients.
