Ronald Tilley's Online Review Report Card

Very rushed does not answer questions well just tell you to go get your meds and come back in a month. Only answer is more shots even if not effective before

Dr. Ronald Tilley is a good Dr. I'm sad to say I had to quit because of his aid (Brian) who works with him. On two different occasions I was talking to the Batesville office when Brian got through and because I was having a hard time hearing him; he made fun of me. They have a very poor set up with in having to call the Batesville office rather than being able just call Mt. View and talk to them directly. Dr. Tilley is a good doctor. but I cannot tolerate people being disrespectful because of my inability to hear. Therefore, I give him a low rating of between 2-3. (SAD) He more than likely won't see this rating anyways, but if he's interested in trying to help correct the problem, I'd be happy if he gave me a different number (other than the Batesville office; and we could talk.RW

The worst treatment I have ever received from a (so-called) doctor. He doesn'"t deserve the title. As a former nurse, I agree with all the previous poor reviews; they are spot on! I have had multiple spine surgeries and been diagnosed with intractable pain. No physical exam or proper history taken. Condescending, intimidating, dismissive, and even threatening.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tilley's for several years. I was on a lot of medicine when I first came to him over the years we have tried different things for my pain I am off most all the medicine & after getting a ristomy it has helped me more than any thing we have tried over the years I would recommend if Dr. Tilley says a ristomy will help you to try it. I can't believe how much better I can walk and how much it has help my pain. I would recommend Dr. Tilley because he will continue to work with you to find a way to help you.

dr tilley gave me excellent care with my back and shoulder after my car wreak he took me in and gave me my quality of life back i havent seen dr tilley since his practice in searcy ar on a personal note dr tilley ronald u were a mentor to me and ive always enjoyed our time and the therapy u prescribed me along with my meds was perfect i hope u health and wellness god bless u

Dr. Tilley was very professional and very helpful to me as I asked him many questions. He gave me his time and I didn't feel rushed or pressured to hurry while talking with him. I am very confident that he is going to help me be the best I can be regarding my back pain. Thank you Dr. Tilley.

I had severe neck pain and was told that the vertebrae in my neck, 1-7 were deteriorated and were the cause of my neck pain and limited movement. I could not turn from side to side or swing a golf club. I was prescribed physical therapy and tried that two different times for 4 months each, and it did not help for more that a day or two. I was finally referred to Dr. Tilley, and he was very caring and sincere, and asked many questions and then gave me a few options regarding my situation. I opted for injections because of my age-80 years- and had noticed improvement immediately after the first shot. I kept going with the treatment and now can move from side to side without major pain, and can also swing a golf club again and also work out in the yard. I recommend him highly.
