I've been a patient of Dr Spivey for 10+ years. I had my mother go to him this year and it has been an awful experience for her. While Dr Spivey is a pretty good doctor, his staff is extremely rude and very condescending. His office staff is primarily his family (daughters) and they lack so much in customer service skills most especially dealing with older people. The daughters pass the buck back and forth not taking ownership with issues and rarely available during posted office hours and often times don't return phone calls. The most recent experience was to have Dr Spivey return my call which I'm still waiting for that return call. I would highly suggest anyone staying away from this practice.

First and foremost, the staff and Dr. Spivey were the kindest professionals I've ever dealt with. They were very informative and professional. The office was immaculately clean and organized.

I needed my remaining teeth removed and replaced with dentures. Dr. Spivey put together a two part plan with cost and reviewed it with me and I agreed to the plan. I think my first appt was early Nov, 2015 had 13 teeth removed I found out couple days later that during this process that my gum had a hole into the sinus. I made a total of 12 office visits sometimes twice a week for many issues. Dec , 2015 I decided it was time for me to cut ties with Dr. Spivey. Now paying again to have corrected.

My wife and I are both long time patients of Dr. Spivey (~20yrs), both of us are very satisfied with his work and even though his office is across town from us now we choose to continue to stay with him and his office. He takes time with us and even though his office is busy we never feel rushed. Some of his staff are excellent others are average, overall more than acceptable.

Great doctor and great staff. I've gone to Dr. Spivey for ten years probably. I no longer even live in North Texas but I figure out a way to see Dr. Spivey when I'm in town on business because I don't want another eye doc. He's the best.

Not at all interested in pain management. Terrible bedside manner and very little communication with the patient

Neither Dr. Spivey nor Dr. Hollis were interested in managing my pain after the extraction of my wisdom teeth, nor did they seem to care about the fact I was in a tremendous amount of pain
