I absolutely love this practice, I grew up seeing Dr. Andrews and now that I've moved back to town my family and I see Dr. Rickard. He's very informative and takes his time to get to know you and all your symptoms. If something doesn't work, he adapts and finds something else to try rather than pushing you off on another physician. I highly recommend this practice.

So busy talking down his nose to me and trying to show me how much smarter he was than me and poo pooing my notion that something was wrong (because I've been with my body for a long time and I know when it shouldn't be doing something) that he completely misdiagnosed me. I found another physician and now have surgery scheduled for my "non existent" medical problem. I would avoid being seen here.

Outstanding doctor who is very knowledgeable about current practice and treatment standards. Spends time with you and truly cares about what is best for your health. Office staff excellent and quick to return calls if you need to leave a message.

Dr Rickard is extremely knowledgeable about all medical updates. My family and I have been seeing Dr Rickard since 1982. He takes time and listens to all my concerns. He is very professional.

I have been Dr Rickards patient since 1982. He is very good at diagnosis and has always taken time to listen to me. My husband was also a patient. My two daughters have been patients of Dr Susan Andrews since Elemetary school. We are all comfortable being seen by either Dr Rickard or Dr Andrews.

All of my appointments, I sat and waited almost 2 whole hours before he made it into the exam room to see me. He's not a very good listener and too quick to prescribe medicine instead of finding the root of the problem

Dr Randall almost cost me my life with failure to diagnose, treat my health problems which went undiagnosed for several years causing more problems. I would never use this doctor again because of his attitude and lack of professional care

Sadly, I had to move away from Murfreesboro and can no longer visit Dr. Rickard's office. Dr. Rickard is a careful listener and his staff is the friendliest. I never knew how good I had it until I moved!
