Dialysis Clinic's Online Review Report Card

Update: September 7, 2021 I got my transplant. I wouldn’t have made it through dialysis without, Alesia, Mimi, Salima, Mary, Neuler, Danelle, Danace, Fred, Calvin, Janelle, and so many more (I’m sure I forgot a few). This team that Alesia and Ms. French run is the absolute best and I’m forever grateful for all their dedication, even when I wasn’t tbe best patient. I truly appreciate these folks. Thanks DCI! Update: August 12, 2021 All issues resolved. Ms. French, center director, came to speak to me. I’m Back on third shift TTS. Everyone is happy Alicia has gone out of her way to speak to me when she sees me. Sadly, I won’t be at this center much longer as I’ll be on the list on Thursday, a week from now. I’ve been a patient since October 2020. Since day one, I was TTS second shift. I was working full time, so I changed to third shift as this just worked better. After a week, they started talking about getting rid of third shift on TTS. I as to go back to second shift. They told me it was full and my only option was MWF. That doesn’t work for me. I was given a 5 day notice of this change. I involved my APRN. She seems to think the change won’t be good or long lasting, so she wants me to stay on TTS. Keep in mind, changing to MWF would change my nephrologist, too. I am not happy about that. The center manager of the Little Rock location, became irate when I explained how I felt from my side. All the employees asked me about the change, but the center manager was a coward and never came to talk to me. I adore all the techs and nurses, but the center manager is like watching Donald trump trying to run a country. Alicia said to me via phone, “I’ve been going this a long time.” I didn’t ask for her credentials. Additionally, when she became irate, explaining that I felt she sent her staff to harass me, she said, “I’m not going to deal with this.” Never apologized to me or anything. I made a compliant to my the social worker, Patricia, who was not helpful and also rude. Overall, I like DCI. The Little Rock facility just needs a management change cause the leader there is a completely joke, rude, angry and clearly is only self-serving.

Their employees steal personal items like blankets, pillows & pillow cases from the patient's. Putting your name on items do not matter as DCI still confiscates.
