List of Howard Memorial Hospital's Reviews
Great staff, in and out. And I was escorted the whole time so I knew where to go.
Always friendly, always clean, always welcoming! Great service.
Will never return to this hospital or let any of my family members go here. They got the X-rays of my little sisters broken arm completely wrong, said she only had a hairline fracture when she actually needed surgery on her elbow. The doctor was so rude and told my 12 year old sister to “stop crying because it’s not even that big of a deal.” Completely rude and inconsiderate and not something I would expect from the Nashville community.
My sister and dad were on a camping trip this past weekend out in AR, she got a really bad ear infection and was in a ton of pain. This was the only place open for miles and miles being 6 she was scared to go somewhere new but they did amazing. She said the staff was so nice to her and made her feel better. She insisted we make sure to give them 5 stars! Haha! We are so grateful our girl is home feeling better.
9/27/20 my husband took me to this emergency room thinking I may have kidney stones. The pain was unbearable and I could not last until Monday when my PCP opened. The staff is pleasant and so helpful! As I left I requested to have my full balance charged immediately. I paid, and left. Less than 6 months later I am served at my home by a dept collector for unpaid debts of $162.43. Since they had sent me to a debt collector, my balance jumped up to $442.49. I checked my credit card statements to make sure the balance had been charged on 9/27, and sure enough, it had. This hospital is stealing from people! I would have gladly went back until I found out they are scamming numerous people in the community! Be aware, and just make the trip to Texarkana!
Avoid going to this place at all costs. Go to texarkana before going here. Staff is extremely rude, doctors have no idea what is going on and you will leave with no service provided but be expected to pay a big bill.
I took my gf up there because she had hives, swelling and trouble breathing. They have her benydryl and steroids. We told them she had already taken benydryl and it wasn’t working. The next day her hives and swelling got worse so we took her to Texarkana and they figured out what was wrong. Long story short they actually figured out what was wrong instead of just assuming and giving her meds then sending her on her way. It isn’t the whole hospital though only a certain Er Doctor. I won’t mention the name so there’s no drama
Been setting in lobby for 4 hrs 3 people went in front of me and still haven't been seen I have bad burns on my fingers but nothing
I have chronic pancreatitis. And I had to get some help with the pain. The er doctor was so caring and understanding. I'm typing this from my hospital bed now. The night nurse Jess is wonderful and Skip, he makes you feel better just being around him. My nurse today is Olivia and she will and has been on her toe's. Here at this hospital your not just a number ,you are someone who needs the nurse's and docto
I ended up in the Emergency room at Nashville after attending Senior night at the school.I have to give credit the first nurses I seen were nice and gave excellent care. The Doctor was extremely rude and I overheard him making some rude comments at the desk about me and my reason for being there.I was transferred to CHI where I was seen and admitted fir high blood pressure and heart problems.I will never go to Ashville Hispital again.Maybe the Dictor needs to go back to patient treatment train8bg.The doctors at Chi couldn't believe my treatment either.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
