Stay away!!! This office customer service is bad!! I was charged for a late fee! I call 4 times before someone answer in 2 months. I never miss appointment and bc they didn't have correct information they still charge me! It's true too u can never schedule appointment unless it's around the doctor schedule. I WILL NEVER SEND ANY FRIENDS OR FAMILY TOO THIS OFFICE! Stay away!

The doctor here seems has too many patients to attend to and will never give you an appointment when you need it. Even after having an appointment the doctor will not be there to see you and instead the receptionist will fine you for not showing up. How disgusting . These guys will hold you as hostage. Dont even think about selecting this for your family.

I found Dr. Chirra to be very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. When I explained to her that I do not want to take certain vaccines, she was very cooperative. I need a doctor who works with me on what I feel is best for me in compromise with her advice. She seems to fit that bill.

Dr. Chirras practice is run very poorly. Their attention to detail is scary. Wrong medications being called in, wrong dosage of the right medication and a disregard for ensuring medications are correct before closing up for the weekend. I would not recommend this practice for any long-term care but if you need a script for antibiotics it's fine.
