I'm not sure why the reviews average 2.9, I suppose because usually only people with complaints do reviews! I am NOT one of those people; everyone I have had dealings with at NLR CARTI has been kind and caring. Dr. Khalil, his staff, reception, lab and treatment nurses have all been amazing! Today is my final CHEMO and I want to thank everyone at CARTI for their wonderful care!

It's a nice facility. The location is close to my house. Staff is friendly and Dr.Glover is a good physician.

While my husband has received wonderful care, I'm extremely disappointed that we now have to use a tablet with a leather handle to check in. I find it incredibly irresponsible for cancer patients to be sharing tablets. Now, if it was actually clean when it was handed to me, I probably would've just gone with it. But, after speaking to a supervisor be who explained that they're trying to keep up with technology, and, this was the best one, cut down on the paper the employees handle. I'm sorry, I think the patient's safety should be the priority. Especially when there was no useful purpose for us to check in via tablet, no paperwork or signatures required. Well, I think this is ridiculous!

mammograms' according to my insurance to be paid at 100% however while i was there they wanted 109.00 deductible. i don't have a deductible i called my insurance put them on speaker, they were billing the wrong cpt code however they were not going to change it. they had done this to 5 other women before me. so the polite radiologist took over and did a normal mammograms'. i have already schedule my mammograms' at the breasth imaging clinic off Springhill not going through this again. i will talk to my oncologist about this Thursday.

I had to wait over 2 (two) hours after my appointment time to be seen. You’re treated like a nuisance instead of a patient.

What a great place to know your loved one is getting attentive care. The chairs are heated and electric. Having been on dialysis for 7 years the comfort is a plus. The nurses and staff are impeccable! And 5 plus plus stars for Dr. Jauus.

Awesome place. Very organized and all of the staff was very friendly and attentive! My family has been impressed with everyone here for the past year that we have been taking my grandfather. Today, his nurse Karen, was super awesome! They were busy, but they all still took time to be attentive and caring! Thankful for this convent location.
