Dr. Burks is the best doctor I've ever had, I was her patient for the better part of 12 years, but was incredibly disappointed to find out when I tried to make an appointment recently that she is no longer seeing patients herself and is only teaching. Now I'm forced to either see random doctors I've never met each time I go in, or find another doctor, which I will be doing. I don't want to be just another number or name on a computer screen, I will miss the interaction and care she provided for so many years.

Dr. Burks is positively the absolute BEST doctor I have ever known. She spends so much time with you and listens to everything you say...I mean. REALLY LISTENS! I have worked for more doctors than I can count over the past 39 years and not one of them is half as knowledgeable and caring as she. She is so smart, and funny, and I just love her! Todd is always very friendly and helpful. I enjoy my visits with them both. I think they are the perfect couple.

Dr. Burks has been my doctor for over 10 years now and I don't ever want to go to another doctor. She is kind, compassionate, super funny, brilliant and she has the best bedside manner. It isn't an act for Dr. Burks, she really does care about me and all of her other patients. Todd is awesome, as well. He is always kind and helpful. He works very hard to accommodate many, many people and do a thousand other things all the while staying patient and kind to all of us. They are wonderful people and I am truly blessed to be under their care. Thank you!!

My doctor for almost 20 years now, I follow her everywhere. I just love Todd as well! Wouldn't go anywhere ever, I drive up from Hot Springs just to see her!

I've been going to Dr. Burks since I was 16 years old. Not sure what went wrong but Todd is extremely rude and disrespectful. Dr. Burks is such a sweetheart and outstanding physician, but I have been mistreated by her husband for the last time. He's like another person in the old Todd body. I really hope Dr. Burks address this issue before other patients part ways. My feelings are hurt behind this decision.

I love the Dr. Burks !!! The desk staff is rude don’t get back to you , Dr. Burks was my doctor for 10year. I’ll never go back because the desk Clark Todd is rude and disrespectful! Dr. Burks might be great and caring doctor but Todd rude and disrespectful nest cause to find a new doctor!!

The Very BEST! I have been seeing Dr. Burks for several years now. I am 65 years old and was a nurse for 39 years before a debilitating injury. I have never before had such a caring and knowledgeable doctor. She amazes me how she spends time with her patients and provides excellent treatment. I will never use any other doctor. It is so apparent that she really cares about her patients. I also found Todd, her office manager, to be very friendly and helpful. A real family atmosphere!

I have been a nurse for 39 years and have NEVER known a physician to spend as much time with patients as she does. Dr. Burks actually listens to your complaints and gives the best treatment in a caring and compassionate way. I feel so fortunate to be her patient.
