Horrible service. The staff is mostly friendly but I was not well taken care of at all. Will never return.

Quick and friendly

Robyn Burks was amazing! She was mY 3rd.visit to Med Express and is the one who listened, examed me thoroughly and came up with a regimen to get me well. I dont love that I was taken off work but she knew thats what needed to happen. Im on day three after her visit and feel better than I have in 3 weeks. 3 weeks! I saw 3 urgent cares in 9 days. She is the one who fixed me. She's "old school" as she called it and "threw the kitchen sink" at me. And I felt better almost immediately. Granted that was shots and it came back BUT here I am 3 days later and I got out of bed. I showered. I changed sheets. Like im at 88% of myself. Thats the best feeling If I knew where this woman worked full time I would send her flowers and cake. She was such an amazing Dr. Thank You Robyn Burks. THANK YOU!

I Had An Amazing Experience At Med Express Yesterday.Quick Set Up Online To Make An Appointment.Service Was Quick. Dr.Crow Was Amazing Answered All My Questions Didn’t Rush. She Was Such A Sweetheart. The Receptionist At The Front Was So Sweet A Patient. Thanks Ladies

I came in late-ish but still thought there was plenty of time to be seen. There were no cars in the parking lot and no one inside so I figured I could be seen quickly. The lady behind the counter was very condescending and told me to schedule an appointment. I asked if it was by appointment or walk ins. She said both. I said “oh okay so I can’t be seen today?” She said “no we are full”… whole place was empty? She said I’d have to schedule an appointment. I said “okay so you don’t do walk in’s then” and left. Places like this are the reasons ER’s are swamped with people who could have gone to an urgent care. I assume they wanted to go home early. I’ve always disliked this place but they’re the only urgent care open later on Sundays. Reviews here show all you need to know about this Med express.

I came into medex on August 1st and was denied from being seen just because I didn't have a copy of my insurance card but I had the number. Rose at the front desk told me she couldn't see me following by 2 other people from the back instead of anyone asking me did I have the number the turned me down and I have the recording regarding the call over the phone. Wouldn't recommend this place at all if they are willing to turn you down over not having a card

Update: No financial issues since the first time - see below. 2018 : The first time I went, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the modern facilities and the care I received. However, my complaints are with the financial side of things. They kept my debit card on file and told me if they had to charge me again for something my insurance didn't cover, I would be emailed in advance. My card was charged weeks later without notice of any kind. Last weekend I went again. Checked in. Paid copay. Then they tell me to go to the ER because they don't have adequate equipment for my particular problem. Which is fine, I understand that. They tell me my copay will show back up in my account within 24 hours. Three days later, they call to see how I'm doing, and I tell them I had not been treated and had not received a refund. She tells me it's 3-5 days, not 24 hours, for the money to be released back to my account. It's been a week now. It's not the amount of money, it's the principle. If they snitch $25 here and there, it all adds up for them. Even if they had just said, "sorry, we don't treat that here," and sent me on my way- whatever. But they made a big deal about printing out new receipts and stamping "VOID" on them and everything. Lol. The medical staff are nice, professional, compassionate, and friendly. It's the company I guess that just takes/keeps money. I won't go back. I found a different clinic that is just as convenient. I'm going to wait 10 business days for my refund and then file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Wonderful experience at this location. The staff was absolutely amazing. Would definitely go back if needed. Very thorough and answered all of my questions.
