I've seen Dr. Brown 2x both times my prescription was wrong.1st time I made the mistake of ordering my glasses the same day as my appt. Now I have a $400 pair of glasses I've never been able to wear. The 2nd time I ordered contacts that are the wrong prescription, the measurements are even off. They kept floating and going under my eyelids. I have to push them down to take them out. They were out of the rx I needed,they kept giving me trails with the wrong rx. They knew it was wrong and couldn't understand why I was complaining. They even told me it doesn't matter if the rx was off. Wth. They wouldn't give me trails in the right rx and a different brand until what I needed came in. Then they ordered the wrong rx.They finally ordered the rx Dr. Brown prescribed. I have migraines so it took me a few weeks to realize my daily migraines, dizziness and nausea was from my contacts and not my "normal". The staff is rude and hateful. I've called several times and left messeges that I need to come back in something is off. They never called me back. had to spend another $200 dollars to go to a different eye doctor and get the correct rx. My prescription was so wrong i couldn't even read the top line. I've worn glasses most of my life and contacts for 25 years and have never had this problem. I went back, the 2nd time because I know everyone has bad days and Dr. Brown is really nice. I'll never go back, and tell everyone about my horrible experience. I have a months worth of daily contacts that are completely useless to me.

All the staff I encountered at this clinic were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and dedicated to helping me with my vision needs. I highly recommend!
