I have been a long time patient and decided to change to another doctor for my cataract surgery for several reasons. Every annual exam was rushed, barely any dialogue from the doctor to answer my questions or discus my eye health. He would type in his notes and always say no questions until I finish making my notes. If you are in search of an eye surgeon that has a cold and distant manner with very little concern to clarify and relay his information to the patient this should be you doc.

Receptionist was rude plus if you call billing you get an answering machine and they do not return your calls. Then they charged me $20 because I gave them the wrong health insurance but I could never speak to anyone to get it corrected nor would they return my calls. Be VERY WARY OF THIS PLACE!!!

I have seen Dr. Baltz for several years. He is pleasant, thorough, and clearly a top-notch ophthalmologist. I don't know where the clown below had his problems, but he is clearly a minority. I wouldn't send my dog to Dr. Baltz either, but I'd sure be happy to have him as my physician.
