List of Ali Al-Nashif Md's Reviews
I’ve never left a negative review of any physician’s office, but when it’s consistent behavior, it should be noted. -The follow up is poor. I took a CT scan in January because of difficulty breathing, coughing, etc. They called me and told me that my CT “was perfectly normal” Several hours later, they called back and said “ You actually have a Pulmonary Embolism and we’ve called in a prescription” -Rescheduling patients appointments is VERY common. -The staff have input incorrect information into the hospital’s patient portal, (which could negatively impact any needed medical care)— and the sense of urgency/sincere concern for the patients is simply obsolete— in my opinion.
Dr. Al-Nashif is great. The office staff is rude, disrespectful, cancel appointments arbitrarily, demand a face mask and then refuse to provide one. Close patient files without the patients knowledge and then lie about why they refuse services. Then without consultation refer patients to another doctor. The entire support staff needs to be fired.
My rating for Dr. Al-Nashif is 5 star. This review is for his office staff, whom are rude, lie to you, hangs up on you & makes it hard for you to receive your medical records. I went to the Advanced Sleep & Pulmonary Center, 7240 Sheridan Rd., White Hall, AR. on Sept 29, 2020 for a COPD test. I told the woman who did the test & woman at front desk I want copy of my test results, I was told I can't get copies until Doctor reviews the test results & she said he will call me with the results. I told her I want copy after he reviews it. She did'nt tell me I had to sign their office Hippa form to get copy of my test results. Doctor called me with the results Oct. 7th. Same day woman called me to tell me next appointment, I reminded her I wanted copy of test results asked her to mail them, she told me it was against Hippa rules to mail them & I had to come to their office which is hour drive to sign Hippa. I asked her to email/mail me Hippa form, she said No it's against Hippa rules.
This review isn't anything to do with the physician, but rather his incredibly rude office staff. If I could give them 0/5 stars, I would. For Tammy to blatantly say a patient isn't important in front of another one that was needing to be checked in is degrading and uncalled for. I hope other's have a better experience than I've had.
Not very friendly
DR Al-Nashif is a great dr. However... the current staff that works in his office is a disgrace to the doctors' good name. We have been lied to numerous time concerning phone contacts, scheduling, and testing. The women we have spoken to needs to be replaced by people that are able to complete their tasks correctly. My wish is the the doctor call my husband directly to hear what my husband needs to say to the doctor. I know this probably won't happen, because this is probably read by another person. Our phone number is 870-501-1796. My husbands name is David Turner.
I had a very good experience and my husband very good dr
Have been seeing him for 5 years, he saved my life, but every time I have a appointment with him now it gets cancelled, it's been a year, I go to and admitted at least three times a year and any more he does not show up, he has now over extended himself so there for is no longer a Dr. That cares about his patients. Sorry Dr I'll find someone that cares about me and not just about money.
He's a great lung doc. he help me a lot.
Dear Doctor Thanks a lot God bless you

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
