Awful. They let a man who was positive for covid stay in the lobby and he spent an hour calling people and talking about how bad his covid was. The second time I was there they let a man’s hyperactive child run around like crazy and disturb everyone there for twenty minutes. Every time I have to go here I pray I get out quickly.

I would like to thank the staff that took care of me when I came into urgent care. I felt really sick and their care helped me so very much. So friendly and concern for my needs. Excellent experience at Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Olive Street location. Quick service, everyone was very helpful and friendly: the waiting area, office, patient room, and bathroom, very, very clean; the receptionist and triage team...A+. The RNP was very knowledgeable, and so kind. Made me very comfortable. I can't afford health insurance right now, and so I will not hesitate to seek help there again, if necessary.
