Wellpath Care's Online Review Report Card

WellPath holds… well held “is soon getting dropped for incompetence.” They can’t do any form of in-house care within our jails and always medical emergency inmates to hospitals for minimal treatments that could be handled in house! They cause severe stress on staff for the officers who work multiple 16hr shifts weeks and up to months in a row just to watch over the inmates sent to the hospitals. This agency is horribly incompetent. Don’t ever hire them.

BUTCHERS! Seven inmate deaths at SCORE Jail in Des Moines, WA in last 12 months (out of 475 inmate population). Over 1,000 lawsuits just in federal court, tens of millions (and counting) of wrongful death and civil rights settlements. 21 yr old Bellevue, WA woman died three days ago, on fifth day of a 10 day jail sentence. Wellpath can "improve" by the company being completely liquidated, all assets paid out to its victims, and locking up entire executive management team and board of directors in prison for life.

It's been a over a month that I have been emailing and emailing because there is no direct phone number to HR, I was let go from a job after they finally found a reason. on the HSA last day she called me and told me I could come back. I didn't do anything to lose my job. It was racially motivated I have never let me say it again I have never been put in a situation where I had to say something like this... a little back ground and context ( I'm gay and my wife is of Caucasian decent) no other wellpath facilities will hire me I've been in correction for 6 years and a Nurse for 9 years in Healthcare since I was 18, I'm just lost at this point and I have lost just about everything. well the worst part is not having the basics like lights and water. this is the last message/ phone call email that I'm trying. there is no where else for me to work because of what's being said about me from the last facility. life is a cruel joke at this point..

This company is contracted to provide medical care in several jails across the country. The “healthcare” providers employed with Wellpath Healthcare Agency fail to provide the quality of care that should reasonably be expected in most circumstances, and these human beings are being harmed as a result. It is devastating to think about how many inmates do not have family’s advocating for them to receive care. This company needs to be regulated and/or overseen by a government agency; such as, The Agency for Healthcare Administration. Do better Wellpath.

I had an interview with Allison Reavis scheduled , she never called me , then I received a text from her thanking me for my time . I reached out to her and she said she didn’t know what happened, but called me a few days later and scheduled another interview with the company which never happened , she again reached out and said there was a delay . Still haven’t heard from her.

I am a registered nurse that works per diem for wellpath. On December 27, 2021 I worked an 11 to 7 shift at Nashua Street Jail I did not get paid. I reminded Joy (the current DON) during payroll to ensure that I get paid. Then on January 17, 2022 I worked a 3 to 11 shift at the house of corrections per your request with the payout bonus of $800. I also have not been paid from the house of corrections. I helped these facilities when asked to do so. February 1, 2022 I went to Nashua Street, Jail house to obtain my paycheck but was told by Joy that Michelle And Linda took it over to the house of corrections. I then drove over to the house of corrections and the HSA there says that neither one of those women are saying that they have it. I simply want to be paid the wages that I due. These are some of the adversities that make it undesirable for nurses to pick up shifts.

They aren’t paying their employee’s. My closest friend hasnt received a paycheck since she started there at the end of november. They are doing NOTHING but talking in circles while she is struggling to pay bills, rents, food…etc. she was even told they had a tracking number on the check, but supposedly now, they have no access. This is so shady!

Shame on you for what you’re doing to your employees. Forced vaccination or $100/month deduction from pay ain’t with a 2-8% premium increase in 2022. Absolutely appalling. Good luck keeping employees and your good name as a business. There are multiple who will be sending their two weeks in soon.

wellpath is just another unethical group providing poor quality care for Inmates. You are still liable even though these are inmates. remember they are people and have family that check into their lives. It is unethical to do any procedure and not include a care plan. This will be reported to the board of health and human services
