List of Ohsu Health Ids Llc's Reviews
The Family took great care of me.
This place is amazing. We parked down below, rode the tram up, and toured the facility. It is huge. We got a special escort back to Tram from a facility employee, who was very helpful!
Great staff, great people at Casey Eye Institute!!
The doctors and staff at Casey Eye Institute are the best we have ever seen!! Their kindness and empathy are only topped by their professionalism and medical care!!
To the Police Officer who came and picked me up in the parking garage this afternoon, drove me around and help me locate my vehicle, all while down playing how ridiculous it was that I even lost my car, I thank you so very much. I'd probably still would be looking for it. Cheers to you Sir
Clean, bright, great food, good coffee, friendly everyone, talented staff and wonderful doctors in cardiology. Seems like this would be a fantastic place should one need to be a patient here.
I was in cardiac icu, i want to thank olga, a nurse that took care of me, this lady spent hours talking and calming me down( i was scared. ) she washed combed and braided my hair befor surgery, you to me were an angel from heaven. I cant thank you enough ill never forget your kindness.Thank you olga. From Russia YOU ROCK
My mother was in the ER and the trauma center this past weekend after a nasty fall. We both want to thank the doctors and the nurses who made a difficult experience more tolerable. Their caring and compassion, extending even to me, was notable. In a strange town, with only the clothing on our backs, was an unnerving experience, but the staff helped us cope with the logistics involved. Thank you again and again!
Just try to get an appointment here, it won't happen and they don't give a rip if it doesn't. Scheduled an appointment SIX MONTHS OUT. Get the first phone call that the physician, Dr. Bakus, has LEFT OREGON. I get rescheduled to another physician...well, I didn't want to see that particular one because I heard some not so nice things about him...so, appointment gets rescheduled to April 23 with a new doctor (yes, that one was my doing). However, received another phone call last week. Um, Dr. Otaki will not be in that day but he can see you the next day on April 24th. OH, OK...that sounds fabulous considering I live in Salem and had to ask for the time off for this appointment months in advance. Do you people think that patient's just sit at home just waiting for that phone call to be rescheduled and can come in on whim?? Apparently you do. I cannot come up in the morning and was told "the doctor doesn't see patients in the afternoon". OH, ok, now he isn't in on the 23rd AND doesn't see patient's in the afternoons??? A double whammy. I have already been waiting over six months for an appointment and have been shafted every step of the way. I get the fact that there are more critical people who have to be seen but in this case "the doctor won't be in that day" is bs. Let me guess, he decided he wanted to go on vacation that day or his kids have a function. Generally, it is all about them when it comes to "rescheduling". I think when you are the one doing the rescheduling YOU should make another appointment that works with the patient's schedule. I am sending you two big, fat middle fingers OHSU for your stellar patient care!
OHSU takes great care of their patients. Never had an issue.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
