If you are like me and others seeking a medical professional to take your health and chronic pain seriously, I absolutely DO NOT recommend Dr. Castellvi. If Doctor does not respect the time of his patients, I can hardly believe that he respects the health of his patients. Find a different doctor who values your health just as much as you do yourself. He will schedule your surgery and then at the last minute he will call and cancel costing you hundreds of dollars. This has happened to my sister several times. I definitely Do Not Recommend this Doctor. Run while you can.
He is a real piece of work he has cost me and my wife thousands of dollars in testing and travel expenses he has canceled her surgery 4 times she was called by his nurse last Friday and told all her tests came back fine and was good to go for her surgery we received a call today and were told he did not want to do her surgery a day and a half before her surgery was scheduled for a test that came back fine he has jacked us around for 9 months now this man has absolutely no compassion for people
If you are one of those people who likes paying an outrageous medical bills and getting NOTHING in return. Then this is you man. Notice I refuse to call him a doctor because he does not care for patients. When I seen this person he was more involved in training his nurse than taking care of or atleast listening to his patients.
I got my life back because of spine surgery. I do need to note that after care is almost non existent from this office. Its almost impossible to get anyone to message or call you back. After a major surgery a team that is available for the patients is necessary. I do believe this was due to a shortage of neurosurgeons in the area not because this specific team doesn't care. Also shout out to Jaime P because they wouldn't make it without her!
Very professional. Listened well. His staff also is very professional and kind, putting me at ease immediately.
Arrogant, incompetent, and does not care one bit. Had a brain MRI that showed some concerning results. Waited 3 weeks appt. to review. Dr. cancelled appointment day before and told me to get another MRI, which would take 2 1/2 months. Asked to review the current MRI. Went in 2 days later, waited 1.5 hours to get 4 minutes with the doctor and be told I don't know anything about this stuff, go see ...
Saved my brothers life! Honest and hard working! Northwest Arkansas is lucky to have you!
He was willing to help me and get my neck fixed
I initially saw Dr. Castellvi on an initial consult due to headaches, ringing in the ears, short-term memory loss and pain behind my eyes. This was after seeing an eye Dr and having an MRI for Dr. Castellvi to review those results. Keep in mind, I have a complex medical history of having had 6 brain surgeries due to hydrocephalus and a supercellar arachnoid cyst on my optic nerve. 5 of my surgeries ...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
